Planned enquiry handling

The production enquiry journey is designed to save your submitted details before acknowledging receipt, then notify the nominated Visualz operator. Neon provides managed database storage, Resend sends transactional messages, and Cal.com handles booking when configured.

Accounts and project payments

The account preview uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Sign-in links expire after ten minutes and can be used once. Your verified email connects your account to your enquiries and proposals. Stripe hosts payment forms; Visualz does not receive your card details. Local account emails are captured for testing and use fictional addresses.

Project follow-ups

The owner can prepare a follow-up about a specific enquiry. Each follow-up includes a way to stop further follow-up emails. Delivery is disabled in this preview. Production reply handling and retention remain subject to the final approved privacy notice.

Your choices

You can clear your project selections from the project page. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not send sensitive information through the form.
